We got an offer for our house about 1 week after I placed it in the ground. The offer was well below the asking price and the prospective buyer also wanted us to pay the closing costs. That offer was rejected and we have not had a second offer, as yet.

I had my house on the market for a couple months and was getting ready to move out of state so I bought this statue. Several people had asked me if I had one when I told them my house was for sale so I thought I would try it.
It arrived just when Amazon said it would and was not damaged. Overall a good experience
